Study on the Business Overview in Nutrition Department of Taihe Hospital and the Cognitive Survey of Nutrition among Local Residents

摘  要:目的了解我院营养科业务开展情况及本地居民对营养及营养科认知状况,为我市今后开展营养宣教提供资料。方法统计2012年度在湖北医药学院附属太和医院营养科门诊咨询患者的数量、年龄及咨询疾病的种类;统计2012年度临床各科室实施营养支持治疗的情况;采用自行设计的问卷随机对在门诊就诊的居民进行营养态度及对营养科认知的问卷调查。结果 2012年营养科门诊接受营养咨询的居民1081人次,平均每日2.96人次;50~59岁年龄段咨询营养问题的人次最多(365人次,33.8%),40岁及以上咨询者844例(78.1%)。咨询糖尿病饮食的患者最多(32.9%),其次为高血压(19.9%)和痛风(10.8%)。本院56个临床科室有10个科室提出了营养会诊要求,占17.9%(10/56)。实施营养治疗例数最多的科室是神经外科(24.8%),其次为胸外科(23.8%)和神经内科(20.1%)。接受问卷调查的300居民中35.0%知道医院有营养科,27.3%认为营养师的参加对治疗疾病有帮助,9.3%的居民曾经到营养科咨询过。91.0%的居民认为营养对健康重要,78.0%的居民关注自己的营养状况;仅28.0%的居民认为营养科参入临床治疗疾病。对营养态度和对营养科的认知"高学历组"与"低学历组"比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论本院营养科业务开展状况不佳,虽然本地居民营养态度及关注度高,但居民对医院营养科及营养师的功能与职责认识不足。医疗机构在加强营养知识宣教的同时应对营养科的职责与功能进行宣传,这对营养知识的普及、营养科建设和居民进行营养咨询和营养保健意义重大。Objective To understand the status of business conducted by Nutrition Department of Taihe Hospital and the cognitive status of local residents on nutritional knowledge and businesses of Nutrition Department,in order to provide information for future nutrition publicity and education in Shiyan. Methods Number and age of patients,as well as categories of the diseases consulted in Nutrition Department of Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College during the year of 2012 were calculated; cases of nutrition support treatments implemented in all clinical departments during the whole year of 2012 were also calculated.Survey on the nutrition attitude and cognition of Nutrition Department was conducted through self-designed questionnaire among the outpatients. Results Number of nutrition consulting received in Nutrition Department of Taihe Hospital in 2012 was 1081 people × times,with a daily average of 2. 96 people × times; the ages of patients were from 21 to 79 years old,the age group of 50-59 years old accounted for the largest proportion of people × times consulted( 33. 8%),the number of patients aged above 40 years old was 844( 78. 1%). The number of patients who consulted about diabetes diet was the largest( 32. 9%),followed by the patients consulted about hypertension( 19. 9%) and the patients consulted about arthrolithiasis( 10. 8%). Ten departments out of the 56 clinical departments of our hospital had proposed nutrition consultation requirements,accounting for 17. 9%( 10 /56). Departments that had implemented the most cases of nutritional treatment was the Department of Neurosurgery( 24. 8%),followed by the Department of Thoracic Surgery( 23. 8%) and the Neurological Department( 20. 1%). Moreover,35% of the 300 residents accepted the questionnaire survey knew of the Nutrition Department in our hospital,27. 3% of the residents thought the dietitian was helpful in treating the diseases,9. 3% of the residents had consulted in Nutrition Department.
