“校企合作,互利共赢”的探索与实践——以鄂州职业大学为例

摘　　要：校企合作是实现高职教育人才培养目标的有效手段和重要途径。简要阐述了校企合作的意义,分析了目前高职院校校企合作中存在的问题,介绍了鄂州职业大学与广东深莱特科技股份有限公司开展校企合作的经验,特别指出了校企合作长效运行机制构建的"三部曲"。University-enterprise cooperation is the effective means and important way to realize the talents training goal of higher vocational education.The significance of university-enterprise co-operation is briefly expounded and the problems existing in the current university-enterprise coop-eration in higher vocational colleges are analyzed .The experience of university-enterprise cooper-ation between Ezhou Vocational University and Guangdong Deep Light Technology Co.,Ltd is introduced and ＂trilogy＂ constructed by the long-acting mechanism of university-enterprise coop-eration is especially pointed out.
