在干部培训教学中应用“混合式学习”的思考

摘　　要："混合式学习"是将传统课堂学习与网络学习有机地结合在一起,利用优秀的网络平台,运用不同的学习理论、技术手段和应用方式达到最优学习效果的一种新学习模式。本文分析了干部教育培训现状与干部培训教学改革的迫切性,介绍了国际流行的慕课、翻转课堂及"混合式学习"模式,阐述了"混合式学习"在干部培训教学应用中的优势,并对在干部培训教学中如何应用"混合式学习"进行了思考。The ＂blended learning＂ is the new teaching mode of organically connecting the traditional classroom learning and network teaching method,using excellent network platform,and using different learning theories,techniques and application means to achieve the best learning effect.This paper analyzes the current education and training situation of civil servant cadres and the urgency of the cadre training teaching reform,introduces the international popular MOOCs,flipped class model and ＂blended learning＂ mode, elaborates the advantages of ＂blended learning＂ in the teaching application of cadre training,and discusses how to apply the ＂blended learning＂ in the cadre training teaching.
