摘  要:在《音乐新课程标准》中已经明确提出:"要求学生能够对我国民族音乐文化予以了解,以激发学生热爱祖国、热爱民族、热爱音乐的艺术情感;并强调在音乐课堂教学中突显民族音乐的固有地位"。在当前精神文明建设高度发展的今天,如何弘扬民族音乐文化传承与保障民族音乐教学质量,是摆在任意音乐教师音乐教学工作的重点热议研究课题。文章主要从我国民族音乐角度出发,谈及了国家民族音乐文化现状,并以此提出了弘扬民族音乐文化传统与发扬民族音乐文化精神的课堂教学实施手段,以供参考。The "New Curriculum Standards"states clearly:"require students to be able to understand our national music cul-ture to inspire students'art emotion to love the motherland,the nation and the music;and stresses highlight on the inherent sta-tus of ethnic music in the music class teaching."in the process of the current highly developed spiritual civilization,how to popularize the cultural heritage of folk music and guarantee the teaching quality of the folk music has been the hot research topic for any music teacher of music teaching work.This article presents the the current status of national folk music culture and pro-poses class teaching implementation means of advocating cultural tradition of the folk music and implement the spirit of folk mu-sic culture for reference mainly from the point of view of folk music in China.
