高校礼仪教学如何走出“作秀”困境

摘　　要：大学生素质问题一直是备受关注的教育问题,礼仪教育是提升大学生素质的重要手段。当前,高校礼仪教学存在注重行为修正,轻视文化传承;注重外显展示,轻视内涵养成;注重国际标准,轻视传统文化等问题。造成高校礼仪教学"作秀"现状的原因是多方面的,如教学观念肤浅,教师水平参差不齐,课程考核方式单一等。为此,应深化高校礼仪课程的教学改革,构建实训平台,强化网站指导,以使高校礼仪教学走出"作秀"困境。Quality problems of college students has been a social concern in education, etiquette education is an important means of quality education of college students. This paper, summarizes the present situation of show-making in etiquette teaching, analyzes the present situation from the concept of teaching and content, etiquette teacher, teaching methods, family education, social environment, etc. puts forward countermeasures and sugges-tions for the teaching reform, training construction of platform and website.
