地方院校社会体育指导与管理专业建设特色路径探究——以黄淮学院社会体育指导与管理专业综合改革试点为例

摘　　要：以黄淮学院的社会体育指导与管理专业综合改革试点为例,对社会体育指导与管理专业建设的特色和路径进行探究,在培养目标、培养规格、就业方向、课程知识结构框架等方面突出本专业的特色,提出"培育特色,发挥优势,注重内涵"的专业建设路径,着力培养学生的学习能力、实践能力、创新能力和社会适应能力,使社会体育指导与管理的专业人才培养更好地服务地方经济发展与社会进步。Taking the experiments of comprehensive reform in specialty of social sports guidance and management in Huanghuai University as an example, the article explores path and feature of its specialty construction and highlights specialty characteristics in training objectives, training specifications, direction to employment and knowledge structure of curriculum. The paper comes up with path of constructing profession as ＂ nurturing characteristics, displaying advantages and focusing on professional connotation to cultivate students＂ ability to learn, practice, innovate and adapt to society to help professional personnels majoring in social sports guidance and management to better serve local economic development and social progress.
