摘　　要：该文以南通航运职业技术学院为例,基于适应STCW马尼拉修正案的要求,结合学院的实际情况,从调整专业人才培养方案、优化专业核心课程体系、更新实训设备、改革教学方式和手段等方面探讨提高轮机工程技术专业学生综合适任力的具体措施。Taking Nantong shipping college as an example,the specific measures of improving students＇ comprehensive ability of marine engineering technology specialty are discussed in this paper to meet the requirements of STCW Manila amendments,by combining with the actual situation of the college,adjusting the specialized talent training scheme,optimizing specialized core curriculum system,updating the training equipment and reforming the teaching methods and means.
