摘　　要：人才培养体制改革是高等教育体制改革的核心,创新教学模式是人才培养体制改革的重点。多样化教学模式改革是经济与社会发展的必然要求,是高等教育大众化发展的必然要求,是专业教育培养专门人才的必然结果,是培育高等学校办学特色的必然趋势。湖北工程学院在师范类专业人才培养,农学门类专业生产实习与毕业论文、学生就业相结合,"双学士"学位人才培养,文理基地实验班人才培养,专升本人才培养,合作人才培养等六个方面进行了改革并取得了一定的成效。The core of higher education system reform is the reform of personnel training system. The key point of the reform of personnel training system is to create personnel training mode. The reform of diversified personnel training mode is the inevitable request of economic and social development, it is the inevitable request of the development of popularization of higher education, it is the inevitable result of professional education cultivating trained personnel, and it is the inexorable trend of building characteristics of institution of higher education. Hubei Engineering University has done the reform of diversified personnel training mode and gained some effects： professional personnel training of teachers＇ education;the combination of production practice, thesis writing and employment; talent training of double bachelor＇s degree;talent train- ing of arts and science experimental classes;talent training of university students upgrading from junior colleges;training of cooperate talents.
