摘　　要：高校教师职业高原是高校教师在职业生涯发展的中期或者某一阶段出现的职业渠道越来越窄、发展机会越来越少的一种困境。研究首先对职业生涯的高原理论进行了系统分析,并在此基础上深入探讨高校教师的职业高原结构组成,以及职业高原现象所产生的影响。University teacher career plateau is a predicament of university teachers in the medium career development or a phase of career channel that is getting narrower,and the development opportunities is becoming less. Based on the systematic analysis of the theory of career plateau, this paper explores the structure of career plateau of college teachers further,and the results of such a phenomenon.
