陕西职业教育与区域经济发展的相互促进作用研究

摘　　要：职业教育的发展以满足所在区域经济社会的发展需要为价值取向,区域经济社会的发展对职业教育发挥着决定作用,职业教育与区域经济社会发展相互作用、协调发展。然而目前陕西职业教育规模的发展落后于经济规模的发展,层次结构与人才需求结构适切性较薄弱,空间分布与经济布局不甚匹配,此外发展特色不足,制约了陕西省支柱产业和特色产业的持续发展。认为有必要采取措施,提升陕西职业教育与区域经济发展的相互促进作用,具体包括:加大教育投入,促进陕西职业教育规模的适度扩张;优化教育布局,按照功能区域和产业分布规划职业教育空间布局;围绕陕西特色,发挥职业教育对区域经济社会的服务功能。Development of vocational education aims to meet regional economic and social development of the region. And regional economic and social development play a decisive role in vocational education,and vocational education plays a catalytic role on regional economic and social development as while,which means the harmonious mutual promotion between the two. However,the current development of vocational education of Shaanxi falls behind the development of economies,hierarchical structure and personnel needs are weaker than the appropriateness. Less spatial distribution barely matches economic layout. Additionally,Shaanxi characteristics are underdeveloped,which restricts the sustainable development of the pillar and special industries in Shaanxi. So it＇s necessary to take measures to enhance the mutual promotion between vocational education and regional economic development,including： increasing investment in education,promoting moderate expansion of vocational education; optimizing the layout of education,adjusting spatial distribution of vocational education in according to spatial layout; around Shaanxi features,exerting vocational education services for regional economic and social functions.
