摘　　要：分析了当前煤炭企业在薪酬管理方面存在的问题,阐述了关于建设薪酬管理系统和实施薪酬管理信息化的重要性,以同煤集团铁峰煤业有限公司为背景,结合煤炭企业实际业务设计了一套薪酬管理系统,对系统主要功能模块做了详细说明,并阐述了该系统在应用过程中应注意的问题和实施效果。Be based on the background of Datong Coal Group＇s Tiefeng Company, it firstly analyzes the problems such as low efficiency, do not operation of corn pensation management on the regulate in current coal enterprises, to illustrate the necessity of construction of compensation system and implement information management of salary. Then it constructs the system＇s frame- work of coal enterprise salary management combined with the actual business of coal enterprises, and introduced main function modules in detail. Finally, it describes the problems that should be pay attention in the application of system and the implementation effect.
