摘　　要：随着经济环境的不断变化,社会对会计从业人员的能力和素质提出了更高的要求。以就业为导向、以应用能力为培养目标的新型"基础会计"课程教学模式的构建就尤为重要了。本文针对模式构建方案中提出的多种方法进行了具体阐述。With the changing economic environment, the society has put forward higher requirement to accounting personnel quality and ability. Therefore, the construction of the new-type ＂Basic Accounting＂ teaching mode with the employment as the guidance and the ability as the cultivation goal, has become par- ticularly important. A variety of methods proposed in the model construction scheme are elaborated concretely in this paper.
