非正式沟通视角下高校党群有效沟通路径初探

摘　　要：正式沟通是高校党群普遍的沟通方式,但在互动性、时效性、广泛性等方面存在不足。应当充分重视新媒体沟通渠道,在调动沟通主体的积极性、寻找共同的沟通话题和克服沟通载体障碍等方面下功夫,发挥非正式沟通在形式、互动、便捷等方面的作用,增强党群沟通效果。Formal communication is the most common way of communications in colleges between the Party and the masses, but there are deficiencies in such aspects as interaction, timeliness, breadth and so on. Full attentions should be paid to the new media communication, efforts should be made in the mobilizing the enthusiasm of the communication subject, looking for a communication topic in com- mon and overcoming communication ere, in order to play an important role in the aspects of the form, interaction and convenience of informal communications, to enhance communication between the Party and the masses.
