摘　　要：材料专业导师负责制度的建立推进了材料专业转型发展。导师负责制度有利于企业需要的个性化人才的培养,有利于材料专业"双师型"特色师资队伍的建设,有利于增强专业教师的人才培养责任感,有利于为地方经济发展提供优秀的技术应用型人才,有利于推动校企产学研合作。The establishment of the tutor responsibility system for material major has impelled the transformation and development of the major. Tutor responsibility system is conducive to the per-sonalized talent cultivation of enterprises, the construction of ＂dual-qualification＂ teaching staff for material major, the strengthening of teachers＇ responsibility for talent cultivation, the cultivation of excellent application-oriented talents for local economic development, as well as the promotion of university-enter- prise production-study-research cooperation.
