摘　　要：本文结合教学实践,从开展大学物理研究性教学的初衷与目标、探索与实践、成果三个方面介绍了大学物理教学研究历程,为青年教师提高自身业务水平与能力,积极开展教学改革与研究提供了一定参考。Combining with teaching practice, the paper introduced the process of college physics teaching and research from three aspects, which are the purpose and goal of college physics research-oriented teaching, the exploration and practice, and the achievements, which can provide a useful reference for young teachers＇ improvement of professional level and ability, and their active implementation of teaching reform and research.
