襄阳平原烤烟多酚、有机酸含量与国内外烤烟的差异比较

摘　　要：以国内外具有代表性的86份烤烟中部叶为试验材料,研究了襄阳平原烤烟挥发碱、多酚、有机酸含量与其他烟区烟叶的差异.结果表明:(1)襄阳烟叶挥发碱含量为(0.29±0.07)%,不同烟叶产区挥发碱含量表现为巴西>津巴布韦>襄阳>豫中>云南;(2)襄阳烟叶多酚总量为(23.91±2.27)mg/g,不同烟区烟叶多酚总量表现为豫中>襄阳>云南>巴西>津巴布韦;(3)襄阳烟叶有机酸总量为(125.92±13.65)mg/g,不同烟区烟叶有机酸总量表现为襄阳>豫中>云南>巴西>津巴布韦;(4)襄阳平原烤烟具有挥发碱较低、多酚含量较高、多元有机酸总量高、高级脂肪酸总量较低,非挥发有机酸总量高的特点,其较好的调和作用可用于卷烟配方中,且聚类分析表明襄阳平原烤烟化学成分与豫中最为相似,初步认为襄阳平原烤烟具有浓香型烟叶品质特征.Typical 86 middle leaves of fluecured tobacco of domestic and overseas were used as materials.The difference content of volatile alkalis,polyphenols,organic acids from fluecured tobacco were determined and compared between in plane of Xiangyang and in the others areas.The result showed that：（1 ） the average content of volatile alkalis of fluecured tobacco of Xiangyang plain was （0.29±0.07）%.The volatile alkalis content indicated that Brazil〉Zimbabwe〉Xiangyang〉central Henan〉Yunnan.（2）The average polyphenols content of fluecured tobacco of Xiangyang plain was （23.91±2.27）mg/g.Comparing the polyphenols content in tabacco-growing areas indicated that central Henan〉Xiangyang〉Yunnan〉Brazil〉Zimbabwe.（3）The total content of organic acids was （125.92±13.65）mg/g,namely Xiangyang〉central Henan〉Yunnan〉Brazil〉Zimbabwe.（4）As fluecured tobacco of Xiangyang had a lower volatile alkalis and senior fatty acids,a higher polyphenols,multiple organic acids and non-volatile organic acids,a better harmonic function could be used in cigarette formulation.Clustering analysis showed Xiangyang plain tobacco had the most similar chemical constitution with central Henan,It is suggested that fluecured tobacco of Xiangyang plain has the character of strong flavor style fluecured tobacco.
