摘  要:目的了解海军驻京宾馆餐饮服务人员肠道沙门氏菌的检出情况,通过主动监测及早发现和控制肠道沙门氏菌的带菌者。方法选取8家宾馆共704名餐饮服务人员,采集新鲜大便增值培养6 h后,显色培养基选择性培养24 h,血清凝集试验阳性菌落进行细菌生化及PCR实验,测试结果均阳性者判定为带菌者。结果被检测者中,沙门氏菌阳性1人,检出率为0.142%。结论与我国其他地区相比,海军驻京宾馆餐服人员肠道沙门氏菌检出率不高。Objective To understand the detection result of intestinal salmonellae in the service staff of naval hotels stationed in Beijing city and to find out and control the carriers of intestinal Salmonellae through active surveillance as soon as possible. Methods Eight hotels,totally 704 service staff,were selected. Fresh stool was sampled and incubated 6 h in 37℃ followd by 24 h incubition on selective petri dish. Bacterial biochemical assays and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)were carried out wih positive serum agglutination test colonies. Bacterial carrier was determined by the positive results of all of the above assays. Rusults With 1 possive Salmonella, the possive detection rate was 0.142 %. Conclusions Compared with other places in China,the detection rate of the salmonellae was not high in the population of naval hotels stationed in Beijing city.
