摘　　要：利用活动标架法,得到了局部对称共形平坦黎曼流形中法丛平坦的伪脐子流形的一个积分不等式以及该子流形成为全测地的关于其第二基本形式模长平方的一个拼挤定理.Based on the moving frames, an integral inequality about the pseudo-umbilical submanifold with flat normal bundle in a locally symmetric and conformally flat Riemannian manifold was obtained, and a Pinching theorem about the squared norm of the second fundamental form for the submanifold was given.
