摘　　要：随着新媒体时代的到来,大学英语教学也出现了一些新的变化。其中,对大学英语教师而言,如何在新媒体时代的大环境下,抓住新的机遇,迎接新的挑战成为摆在每一个英语教师面前的课题。一方面,大学英语教师要学习教学技术,更新教学理念,不断提升自身的业务能力与教学水平;另一方面,在心理层面上,要做到角色转换与自我定位,以适应新媒体时代对大学英语教学带来的影响。With the approach of New Media Era,some changes have taken place in college English education.In terms of English teachers in college,it is a great challenge for them to face the chance of taking advantage of the new media.On the one hand,not only should college English teachers learn teaching skills,but also they should update their concepts of teaching theories,enhance their teaching ability and working level;on the other hand,teachers should transform their position psychologically,knowing what they want to be,in order to adapt to the great change caused by new media.
