摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,茶叶行业对应用技术型人才的渴求显得十分迫切。本文主要以信阳农林学院茶学系为例,就培养应用型茶学专业人才,从实践教学体系的构成、实践教学内容、考核方法和师资队伍建设等方面进行探讨。With the development of market economy,it is urgent to foster applied technological talents for tea industry. Taking tea department of Xinyang College of Agriculture and Forestry for example,the article probes into fostering applied technological talents for tea industry from practice teaching system,the content of practice teaching,assessment methods and teaching staff construction.
