摘　　要：文章分析了新兴际华集团在组织架构设计与运行方面的成功探索,指出了其架构"多维"、工作"立体"和管理"复式"的特征,为多层级、多地域、多元化企业集团管理架构设计提供借鉴。The successful practice about organization change and operation of Xinxing Cathay International Group（XXCIG）is analyzed, and the paper pointed out that the structure of XXCIG has the characteristics of ＂Multidimensional＂, ＂Stereo＂, ＂Double＂, which has the implications for other multi-level, many-region, diversified companies.
