摘 要:弹性负载电液发生器用于实验研究中对含有弹性负载的位置控制系统加载。针对弹性负载发生器系统稳定性受弹性负载影响的问题,通过常规的校正方法分析并解决了正刚度负载时系统的稳定性问题;又特引入前馈控制校正来解决负刚度负载时系统的稳定性问题。最后通过Simulink仿真验证了方法的有效性,同时仿真结果表明系统响应速度和控制精度均能达到要求。The electro-hydraulic generator of spring load is used in experimental studies to upload electro-hydraulic position control system with spring load. Aimed at the problem of the spring load significantly influenced the generator's system stability,a conventional compensation method was used to analyze and solve the problem made on system stability by influence of stiffness load,and the feed forward control was specifically introduced to solve problem that negative stiffness load taken to the system stability. The correction methods are confirmed to be effective by simulation results,which also show that the system's response speed and control precision can meet the request.
