摘　　要：目前,现代企业质量管理理论和实践已经进入全面质量管理阶段,但是从生态视角而言,看似"全面的"全面质量管理其实并不全面。本文初步探讨了企业全面质量管理的发展趋势,在相关理论和方法的基础上,提出了以可持续发展为目标,在复杂自循环经济系统推动下,寻求经济、社会和生态协调发展的企业TQM质量环新模式,并对此新模式的构成环节、目标和推动力进行了分析,以指导企业增强生态产品的生产能力,进而有利于在企业微观层面上推进我国生态文明的建设进程。Currently,the theory and practice of quality management of modern enterprise have entered into the stage of total quality management,but traditional total quality management looking like comprehensive is not all-round from the ecological perspective.The study preliminary explores the development tendency of TQM,and puts forward a new model of quality loop coordinating the development of economy,society and ecology under complex self-circulation economy system to achieve sustainable development based on relevant theories and methods,and makes an analysis on the new models links,goal and impetus in order to guide enterprises to improve production capacity of ecological products and promote the process of building ecological civilization of China from the enterprises micro level.
