摘　　要：开展病案质量网上展览工作是让质控结果走上前台以事实说话,让质控结果成为全院医务人员认可的有效指导信息,认真学习吸取优秀病历的可借鉴之处,避免出现"问题病历"中的同样问题,从而提高病案质量。总结开展病案质量展览工作的意义、工作流程、展览内容及工作体会。通过网上病历展览工作的开展,形成了一座质量管理科人员与临床医护人员有效沟通的桥梁,增加了医护人员与质控专家交流学习的机会,调动了医务人员学习和书写病历的积极性,使病历书写质量有了显著提高。The exhibition work of medical records quality on internet in a hospital is to make the quality control results clear as facts. so as to make the results become the effective guiding information of all the medical staff of the whole hospital. then we could study the advantages of the excellent medical records. avoid the same issues in the ＂trouble medical records＂ and improve the quality of the medical records. We summarized the significance. work process. exhibition content and work experiences in the carrying out of the exhibition work of medical records quality. Through the carrying out of the exhibition work in internet. an effective communication bridge was established between the quality management staff and medical staff. which increased the chances of the medical staff to study and communicate with the quality control experts. motivated the enthusiasm of the medical staff to continue learning and write medical records. and make the quality of medical records writing improved significantly.
