摘  要:采用饲料强化防霉和常规防霉的方法,探讨纳他霉素对饲料的防霉效果。试验选用自配饲料,分成7组,每组6个重复,每个重复2个平行。对照组不添加防霉剂,处理组分别添加500mg/kg丙酸钙、2.5、5、10、20和30mg/kg纳他霉素。结果表明:(1)饲料强化防霉试验外观结果表明,饲料中添加2.5~20mg/kg NT能够在储存期间缓解饲料霉变。饲料常规防霉试验外观结果表明,饲料中添加5~30mg/kg NT能够缓解饲料霉变,延长饲料的储存期。(2)饲料强化防霉试验中,与对照组相比,添加NT显著降低了5d和10d的饲料霉菌数(P〈0.05);15d时,添加2.5、5和10mg/kg NT组霉菌数量显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);20d时,与对照组和丙酸钙组相比,添加5mg/kg NT组饲料中霉菌数显著降低(P〈0.05)。饲料常规防霉试验中,0~15d时,各组饲料霉菌数量均无显著差异(P〉0.05);30d时,与对照组相比,10、20mg/kg和30mg/kg NT组饲料霉菌数显著降低(P〈0.05);45d时,添加20mg和30mg/kg NT组霉菌数量显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);60d时,各组饲料霉菌数无显著差异(P〉0.05)。(3)饲料强化防霉试验营养成分测定中,10mg/kg NT组饲料在5d、15d和20d时的粗脂肪含量均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其他组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。饲料常规防霉试验营养成分测定中,在45d时,20 mg/kg NT组饲料水分显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),10mg/kg NT组饲料粗脂肪含量显著高于其他组(P〈0.05);60d时,5和10mg/kg NT组粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:综合各项指标,本试验建议纳他霉素在饲料中的适宜添加量为5~20mg/kg。To explore the preservative effect of natamycin in feed through intensive and regular mould proof tests,prepared feeds were divided into seven groups with six replicates and two parallel samples in each group.The control group was not added mildew preventive and the other groups were supplemented with 500mg/kg calcium propionate(CA),2.5,5,10,20 or 30 mg/kg natamycin(NT),respectively.The results showed as followed:(1)Feed appearance data in intensive feed mould proof test showed that feeds supplemented with 2.5~20mg/kg NT could alleviate the mildew during storage.Feed appearance data in the regular test showed that feeds supplemented with 5~30mg/kg NT could alleviate the mildew and extend the feed storage period.In intensive test,compared with the control group,supplementation of NT significantly decreased feed mold count(P〈0.05)at 5dand 10 d.At 15 d,feeds supplemented with 2.5,5or 10mg/kg NT significantly decreased mold content(P〈0.05);On 20 d,supplementation of 5mg/kg NT significantly decreased mildew content(P〈0.05)compared with the control and CA groups.In the regular test,compared with the control group,feeds supplemented with 10,20 or 30mg/kg NT significantly reduced feed mold count(P〈0.05)at 30 d.On 45 d,feeds supplemented with 20 and 30mg/kg NT significantly decreased feed mold count(P〈0.05).In intensive test,ether extract content of feed supplemented with 10mg/kg NT was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05)on 5d,15 d and 20 d.In the regular test,on 45 d,the moisture content of feed supplemented with 20mg/kg NT significantly decreased(P〈0.05)as compared with the control group.Ether extract content of feed supplemented with 10mg/kg NT was higher than the other groups(P〈0.05)at 45 d.On 60 d,ether extract content of feeds supplemented with 5and 10mg/kg NT was significantly higher(P〈0.05).The results indicated that the suitable dosage of natamycin supplementation in feed was 5~20mg/kg.
