摘　　要：《房地产估价》是高职院校房地产经营与估价专业针对房地产估价岗位开设的一门旨在培养学生估价职业能力和职业素养的主要支撑课程,在专业课程体系中占有重要地位。文章阐述了以房地产估价岗位的工作过程为依据对房地产估价课程进行设计的思路,并按此思路对该课程的内容、单元教学过程和课程考核方案进行了详细设计,以期对高职院校在该课程的教学改革探索方面有所启发。Real Estate Appraisal is a cornerstone among the courses prescribed for majors in Real Estate Management and Appraisal, and it serves to train the students＇ appraisal skills and competence. Therefore this course possesses a very important role in the curriculum. This paper illuminates a working-process-based course design pattern, with a detailed coverage of contents arrangement, units teaching process design and evaluation scheme. This paper is expected to provoke deeper thoughts in the teaching reform of this course.
