摘　　要：毕业设计是高职人才培养方案的重要组成部分,酒店管理专业传统的专业毕业设计模式存在诸多不足,笔者认识到毕业设计创新的重要性,结合专业建设实际情况,从撰写毕业设计实习报告、设计毕业作品、撰写服务流程优化方案、撰写营销策划方案四个方面进行毕业设计创新介绍。Graduation design is an important part of the higher vocational students training mode. There are lots of deficiencies in the traditional graduation design of hotel management. Considering the importance of graduation design innovation, combined with the actual situation of the professional construction, we will give the introduction of graduation design innovation from the practice report, design work, service process optimization program writing, and marketing plan writing these four aspects.
