高等教育国际化进程中行政管理人员国际化能力培养模式探索

摘　　要：高等教育的国际化发展不仅对高校的人才培养、教学和科研提出了新的要求,还对高校的行政管理人员的日常工作提出了更高的要求。但目前高校对行政管理人员的国际化工作能力关注有限,从而直接影响了高校的国际化发展水平。在高等教育不断国际化的进程中,高校应当注重对行政管理人员进行外语能力、知识储备和工作意识等方面的培养,从而提升行政部门的国际化服务能力和管理水平,进而提升高校的整体实力和国际影响力。The development of higher-education internationalization puts forward not only new requirements for university professional training, teaching and research, but also higher demands for the daily work of the administrative staff in university. But currently universities only pay limited attention to the work ability of the administrative staff for internationalization, which directly affects the level of university internationalized development. In process of the continuous internationalization of higher education, universities should focus on training the foreign language skills, knowledge reserve and work ethic of the administrative staff so as to enhance the internationalized service ability and management level of administrative departments.
