城镇化背景下高职金融专业应用型人才的培养

摘　　要：金融业对城镇化的发展发挥着不可或缺的作用,城镇化的发展需要金融业的大力支持,城镇化的发展呼唤更多的应用复合型、营销型、操作型金融人才。从人才培养对策看,高职金融院校应该以"必须与够用"为基本的人才培养理念,确立科学的培养目标,面向市场提高学生综合素质,试行合作教育、顶岗式实践模式,提倡应用型课堂教学模式,以加强学生实践能力的培养。Financing industry plays an indispensable role in supporting the development of urbanization, which needs lots of application-oriented and cross-disciplinary talents, marketing talents and financial talents with high operational skills. To cultivate these types of talents for the society, the financial higher vocational colleges should have a basic talent cultivation idea centering around ＂essential and enough＂ principle, and they should establish scientific cultivation goal, improve students＇ comprehensive quality to meet the needs of the market, carry out cooperative education as well as post practice mode, advocate application-oriented classroom teaching mode so as to help cultivate students＇ practical ability.
