校企文化融合视角下高职院校专业群建设的思考——以南京城市职业学院重点专业群为例

摘　　要：重点专业群建设是职业院校专业发展的一个重要方向,校企文化融合是专业群建设校企合作的核心。文章分析了校企文化融合对高职院校专业群建设的重要意义,阐述了高职院校校园文化、专业群亚文化和企业文化的内涵及相互影响,对专业群建设中如何融通校企文化从建立融通机制、架构专业群建设的物质文化基础、注重专业群内涵建设等方面提出了建议。Constructing specialty group with its core of cultural integration of schools and enterprises plays an important role in development of specialties at vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the significance of cultural integration of schools and enterprises, describes the connotation and mutual influence of college culture, specialty group sub-culture and enterprise culture, and proposes on how to integrate the cultures from establishing mechanisms between them, structuring the foundation of material culture and focusing on connotation construction of specialty group.
