摘  要:随着高职教育的蓬勃发展,高职教师的工作也日益受到重视。文章针对河北旅游职业学院的部分教师进行了"教师满意度"的问卷调查,并对问卷结果做出了统计、对比与分析,揭示了该学院教师激励状况存在的问题,并对高职教师激励问题提出了有益的思考。With prosperous development of higher vocational education, the work of higher vocational teachers has been increasingly valued. This paper formulates a questionnaire about "teachers' satisfaction" among some teachers of Hebei Tourism Vocational College. With comparison, statistics and analysis of the questionnaire results, it reveals some problems existing in incentive situation of teachers in the college; moreover, this paper also puts forwards some benefi cial thinking about incentives for higher vocational teachers.
