摘　　要：目的 :探索三级医院全科专家与社区卫生服务中心全科医生合作,提高经规范化培训后社区卫生服务中心全科医生的医疗技能,以帮助社区进行人才培养。方法 :将2013年9月至2014年9月参与中山-潍坊专家诊室工作的9名社区卫生服务中心医生纳入研究,采用全科专家门诊教学模式,即门诊-病例讨论-病例总结-小讲课进行培养,并于1年后进行考核。结果 :经考核,9名医生总体表现较好,有良好的临床思维模式,均能熟练完成患者接诊,给予正确的诊断、治疗方案及良好的医患沟通。结论 :社区卫生服务中心有必要设立全科专家门诊,借助三级医院的临床和教学经验培养社区人才。Objective： To explore the cooperation of the general specialists from the tertiary hospital with the general specialists in the community health service center to enhance the medical service skill of the general practitioners in the community health service center who had finished the standardized resident training so as to help the community to train the health talents. Methods： Nine general specialists in the Zhongshan-Weifang general specialist outpatient clinic were selected into this study, trained with the general specialist outpatient teaching model that is the outpatient clinic – cases discussion – cases summarization – small lecture and assessed after one year. Results： The assessment showed that their overall performance was good, and they had the good clinical thinking mode and could be skilled to complete the patient admission, give the correct diagnosis and right treatment scheme and have the good doctor-patient communication. Conclusion： It is necessary to set up the general specialist outpatient clinic in the community health serve center to train the community health talents by relying on the clinical and teaching experience of the tertiary hospital.
