摘　　要："卓越计划"的主要任务是探索建立高校与企业联合培养人才的新机制,创新工程教育人才培养模式。宁波工程学院致力于培养具有"3I"特质工程师后备人才,始终把"重实践、强能力"放在人才培养的突出位置,以工程专业认证为引领,以实践教学改革为切入点,优化实践教学体系,改革实践教学模式,拓展实践教学平台,开发典型工程项目,深化校企合作教育,探索了一条培养应用开发型人才的新路子。四年的教学实践表明,这些举措取得了实质性的效果,促进了学生工程实践能力的提升,为进一步推进"卓越计划"奠定了坚实的基础。The main task of the plan for ＂ training outstanding engineers＂ is to explore the establishment of new talent training mechanism for the cooperation between universities and enterprises, and to innovate the talent training mode of engineering education. Ningbo University of Technology not only has committed to developing engineer reserve talents with ＂3I＂ characteristics, but also has paid attention to the practice ability in personnel training. With the practice of teaching reform which was looked as the breakthrough point, under the guidance of engineering education professional certification, we optimized the practice teaching system, reformed the practice teaching mode, expanded the practice teaching platform, developed the typical engineering project, and deepened the cooperation between universities and enterprises. A new way of training application-oriented talents has been then explored. The four years teaching practice shows that these reform measures have achieved substantial results, and improved the students＂ engineering practice ability significantly. They laid a solid foundation for further promotion of the plan of ＂ training outstanding engineers＂ in Ningbo University of Technology.
