摘　　要：基于社会发展对制药工程专业人才的要求,结合学校自身特色和优势,通过优化实验教学平台、科学设置实验内容和完善相应的实验室规章制度、实验教学评价体系,着力建设"绿色化+信息化+工程化"的制药工程实验室,提高培养制药工程专业人才的能力。实践表明:该举措不仅使学生责任意识明显提高、学生实验实践技能也明显增强;同时教师队伍科研教学能力得到提升,服务地方经济能力也得到增强。The high-quality talents of pharmaceutical engineering major are indispensable to the development of the pharmaceuticals industry. It＇ s very important to train college students＇ ability of experiment and practice of pharmaceutical engineering major because it is the engineering technology major in drug production. According to the requirement of social development and oneself characteristics and advantages, the paper presented to optimize the experimental teaching platform, set experiment content scientifically and improve further the corresponding regulations and laboratory teaching evaluation system, focus on building the laboratory of pharmaceutical engineering with the characteristics of ＂ greenization ＋ informationalization ＋ engineering＂. By these measures, the ability of cultivating professional talents of pharmaceutical engineering was improved. As a result, responsibility consciousness and ability of experiment and practice of college students of pharmaceutical engineering, and the ability of teaching, research and serving local economy of the teachers were obviously enhanced.
