高校外语语言实验室管理模式的创新

摘　　要：随着高校外语语言实验室在教学与科研中的地位日益突显,传统的外语语言实验室管理模式面临严峻挑战。基于实验室管理创新的理论和方法,创新高校外语语言实验室管理模式,对提高外语教学质量具有重要的意义。高校外语语言实验室管理模式创新主要是对传统管理模式进行改革,创立新的管理模式,对推动外语实验室管理改革实践、实现和谐管理双重向度和促进管理服务教学具有重要作用,从而达到管理观念创新、管理目标创新、管理制度创新和管理组织创新的目标。Along with the language laboratory underscoring an increasing prominence in teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, the conventional management mode is faced with great challenge. Based on the theories and methods of laboratory management innovation, the innovation of language laboratory management is of great significance to promote the quality of foreign language teaching. The innovation mainly focuses on reforming the conventional management modes to build up the new ones, which can greatly promote the management reform practice, realize the two dimensions of harmonious management and provide a better service to language teaching, and therefore achieve the goals of innovating management concepts, objectives, regulations and organization. The article suggests the innovation will be achieved, in accordance with the demand of foreign language teaching reform, by the way of changing management interface, developing management regulations and manner, and combining laboratory resources together as well.
