摘　　要：阐述了新时期对图书馆员敬业精神的基本要求,分析了图书馆员敬业精神淡化的原因,提出了增强图书馆员敬业精神的途径。This paper expounds the basic requirements of the new period for librarians＇ professional dedication spirit,analyzes the reasons why the professional dedication spirit is weakened,and puts forward some paths for strengthening librarian＇s professional dedication spirit.
