摘　　要：文中从制造商的角度出发,在零售商占主导优势的情况下,首先对基本退货模型进行分析,接下来对其改善,在提高零售商利润的同时,增大了制造商的利润,对目前的不对等局面起到一定的改善作用。From the perspective of manufacturer, in the case of dominate retailer, this paper firstly analyzes the basic return model. Secondly, it improves the model, while increase retailers＇ profits, increase the profits of manufacturers.The model plays a important role on the current unequal situation.
