摘　　要：物流管理专业群的实践教学问题一直是高职教育界的一个难题。相对于工科专业群的"生产性"实训和理科专业群"实验性"实训而言,物流管理专业群的实践教学活动是一种解决企业经营实际问题的"临床式"的实训。有关教育教学研究和实践都证明,借助ERP平台构建跨专业的综合实践教学体系是破解高职学生就业难与企业招聘难两难悖论的有效途径,它能够解决理论与现实、知识与能力之间存在的矛盾。Logistics management professional group of practice teaching of higher vocational education is the key to a problem. Relative to the engineering specialty group of ＂productive＂ practice and science of professional training, group of ＂experimental＂ practice teaching of logistics management specialty group of activities should be a kind of ＂clinical type＂ to solve the problem of enterprise management actual practice. Related education teaching research and practice prove that, with the aid of the ERP platform to build cross major integrated practical teaching system of higher vocational students＇ employment and enterprise＇s recruitment difficult dilemma is an effective means of paradox, theory and reality, it can solve the contradiction between knowledge and ability.
