护理专业学位硕士研究生职业期望与就业体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入了解护理专业学位硕士研究生的职业期望与就业体验。方法采用深度访谈法,对上海市3所高校的10名已毕业、在医院工作的护理专业学位硕士研究生进行访谈,将获得的资料用Colaizzi的关于现象学的7步分析法进行分析。结果提炼出2个主题,主题1:职业期望,包括对职业角色与岗位设置的期待、对专科方向的期待、对工作模式的期待。主题2:就业体验,包括正性体验(临床实践能力强,带来成就感;发展机会与平台多,带来优越感)和负性体验(医院应用与学校培养不衔接,导致迷茫、无奈;工作模式禁锢,导致失落;付出与回报不一致,导致自我价值感低)。结论护理专业学位硕士研究生的职业期望与就业体验之间存在差距,护理管理者和教育者应增强医院应用与学校培养间的相互衔接,并且重视护理硕士研究生的职业规划,使其在岗位上充分发挥专业价值。Objective To understand the career expectancy and employment experience of nurses having master′s degree in nursing.Methods Ten nurses,who had graduated from three colleges for master′s degree in nursing and been working in hospitals in Shanghai were selected by purposive sampling,were interviewed.Then data were analyzed by using Colaizzi′s seven steps of phenomenological studies.Results Two themes were extracted as follows：（1）these nurses′career expectancy included the expectation of professional roles and position setting,specialty develpoment,and working mode;（2）these nurses′employment experience,included positive experience（accomplishment from strong clinical practice ability,superiority from career opportunities and outlook）and negative experience（confusion from the poor cohesion between hospital placement and school education,lost from confinement of working mode,low sense of worth from the imbalance between pay and reward）.Conclusion There is a gap between career expectancy and employment experience of nurses having master′s degree in nursing;nursing administrators and educators should promote the cohesion between hospital placement and school education,and pay attention to the career planning of these nurses so as to make them play professional roles in the position.
