摘　　要：农村订单全科医学人才培养目标要求医学院校必须建立新的教学模式,文章主要探讨医学基础生物化学实验课程的教学内容与教学形式创造性的改革,将生物化学综合性和设计性实验进行融合和创新,结合现代实验设计理论和方法,充分发挥学生的学习积极性和主动性,进一步提高学生的实际动手能力和创新能力。The goals of rural--oriented general practitioner training needs an establishment of a new teaching model in medical college. In this paper we introduced the creative revolution of teaching contents and models for biochemical experiment course. We integrated comprehensive experiments and designing experiments based on modern design theo- ry and method to enhance the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students for further improvement of the students＂ practical ability and innovative ability.
