摘　　要：对我国高校实验室管理的现状进行了分析,从实验室设施建设、实验室人员管理、实验室化学药品管理、实验室生物安全管理和大型仪器设备管理等5个方面对比中美高校研究型实验室管理上的差异,提出提高和完善我国高校研究型实验室管理水平的4点建议,即制定和完善各项规章制度、建立职业的实验室安全管理机构、建立层级管理责任制和建立实验室安全培训机制。This article analyzes the differences on Sino-American laboratory management from the following five aspects：the facilities construction,staff management,chemicals management,bio-safety,and large-scale instruments and equipment management.In order to improve the management level of research laboratory in China,four proposals are given as follows：formulating and improving rules and regulations,establishing the special laboratory safety management mechanism, establishing the management responsibility with administrative levels,and establishing the safety training system.
