摘　　要：黑龙江骨干高职院校建设项目是黑龙江省构建现代高等职业教育体系的重要举措,12所省级骨干校建设学校着力推进办学体制机制创新为动力,增强办学活力,以专业和专业群建设为核心,强化内涵建设,提高了专业竞争力,在提高人才培养质量方面进行了有益探索和实践,取得的经验值得借鉴。The construction project of Heilongjiang backbone higher Vocational schools is an important measure for building provincial higher vocational education system. Twelve provincial backbone schools focus on promoting institutional innovation in order to enhance the vitality of the school. They also take the specialty and the specialty cluster construction as the core with strengthening the connotation construction, has carried on the beneficial exploration and practice in improving the quality of talent cultivation. Their experience gained is worth learning.
