摘　　要：渤海船舶职业学院深入实施"人才强校、科研兴校、特色立校"三大发展战略,以"三结合、六对接"人才培养模式为内在依据,做到校园物质文化企业化,校园制度文化职业化,精神文化工业化、地域化,搭建了校园、企业及地域多元文化交流平台,提炼升华形成独特的高职院校精神,构建了具有船舶特色的高职校园文化。In order to strengthen school, our college takes three development strategies： “talent strengthens school, research revitalizes school, characteristic builds school” . With the inner basis of “ Three combining- Six docking training mode” , this paper presented we should achieve implement enterprise of the campus material culture, professional of campus system culture, industrialization of spiritual culture, regional, set up a platform to realize multicultural communication among college, enterprise, and region, form the unique spirit of higher vocational colleges, build characteristic higher vocational campus culture of the shipbuilding.
