终身教育视野下我国老年教育发展探究

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化问题的日益突出,老年教育问题已经成为全社会关注的焦点。老年教育是构建全民终身教育体系的重要组成部分,也是终身教育全过程中的最后阶段。老年教育对当今时代和社会的发展都具有至关重要的作用。加强和发展老年教育事业,不断满足广大老年人口日益增长的精神文化需求,是应对新世纪新阶段我国人口老龄化新挑战的重要手段,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求和现实需要。As the problem of aging population is increasingly highlighted,elderly education problem has become a hot social concern. As an important part and the final stage of constructing a lifelong education process,elderly education plays a crucial role in the development of current era and society. As a result,strengthening and developing the elderly education could continuously satisfy the spiritual and cultural needs of the growing elderly population. And it＇s also an important countermeasure to the challenge of the aging population in our country,as well as an inevitable requirement in constructing socialist harmonious society.
