摘 要:目的:了解黔北地区大学生营养知识、态度和饮食行为的现状,以期对学生进行营养健康教育提供依据。方法:随机抽取黔北地区3所高校393名大学生,对他们营养知识、态度、饮食行为(KAP模式)进行了问卷调查。结果:大多数学生具有积极的营养态度,医学院校学生优于普通院校学生。绝大多数学生非常想了解营养知识,并且很积极的想去听营养类的讲座。结论:黔北地区大学生营养知识缺乏,行为习惯不科学。应加强大学生营养知识的健康教育,尤其是非医学生,提高其营养知识与健康意识、促进其良好饮食习惯的养成。【Objective】To investigate the current situation of nutrition knowledge,attitude and diet behaviors( KAP) of college students in northern part of Guizhou province,and to provide basis for conducting nutrition and health education in the students.【Method】A random sample of 393 students of 3 colleges were surveyed on nutrition knowledge,attitudes and dietary behavior.【Result】Most of students had positive attitudes toward nutrition. The nutrition knowledge of medical students was better than that of students in normal universityies. Most of students had desire to master nutrition knowledge and was willing to listen to nutrition lectures.【Conclusion】The college students were deficient in nutrition knowledge and had incorrect dietary habits. Health education of nutrition knowledge for the college students especially the medical students should be strengthened to help them enhance nutrition knowledge and health consciousness and promote good dietary habits.
