摘　　要：综合实践活动课程以新的课程理念、新的课程内涵成为课程改革的一大亮点,教师在综合实践活动中发挥着重要作用。如何通过发展性评价,激发教师的积极性和创造性,促进教师专业发展、提高教学质量,是当前改进综合实践活动课程、深化教师评价改革的重要内容。The curriculum of integrated practice, which is rich in new ideas and connotations, has become a highlight of the curriculum reform, and teachers are playing an important role in integrated practice. How to use developmental evaluation to arouse teachers＇ enthusiasm and creativity, promote their professional development, and raise the teaching quality is a must to improve the current curriculum of integrated practice and deepen the reform of teacher evaluation.
