摘　　要：21世纪是终身学习的时代,自我导向学习作为一种适应终身学习和学习化社会发展的学习方式,日益受到成人学习者和成人教师的重视。成人学习方式的变化,导致成人教师的角色定位发生转变。成人教师在营造学习氛围、诊断学习需求、提供学习资源和选择教学策略等方面面临着挑战,为此应转变传统的教师角色,在教学过程中担当引导者、设计者、促进者和交流者,以促进成人自我导向学习的有效开展。The 21 st century is the era of lifelong learning.Self-directed learning is a kind of learning style that suit the development of lifelong learning and learning society.More and more adult learners and adult teachers are pay attention to the self-directed learning.The change of the mode of adult learning leads to the role transition of adult teachers.Adult teachers face a lot of challenges in the teaching process,so they should change the traditional roles.In order to promote the development of self-directed learning effectively,adult teachers should play the role of guide,designer,facilitator and communicator.
