摘  要:人才的实践能力是创新能力的基础和前提,对于师范生创新能力的培养越来越受到广大师范院校教育工作者的关注和重视。文章综述了一些专家学者在这一领域的研究成果,指出了在实际工作中还存在着一些问题和不足,从理论层面对英语教育专业学生实践能力培养作了深入浅出的探讨。提出了在科研实践活动、实践教学活动、社会实践活动、课堂学习活动方面的培养方法和技巧,并且总结了在英语教育专业学生实践能力培养方面的经验和培养模式,提出了在英语教育专业学生实践能力培养方面的改进意见和建议。The practical abilities of talents are the foundation and premise of innovation abilities. The innovation ability training for the normal students has been paid more and more attention by normal university education workers. The paper summarizes the research results of some experts and scholars in this field and points out that there still are some shortages and problems in practical work, and briefly analyzes the practical ability training of English education major students from the theoretical level. Moreover, this paper proposes the training methods and techniques in the scientific research practice, practical teaching activities, social practical activities and classroom learning activities, in addition, it summarizes the practical ability training experiences and training modes of the English education major languages students, then puts forward some reform opinions and suggestions for the English education major students' practical ability training.
