摘  要:深入分析了高校信息服务外包人才培养存在的问题,提出明确高职信息服务外包人才培养定位,构建信息服务外包人才培养机制,统筹规划信息服务外包人才的课程体系,搭建政校企合作公共信息服务平台,探索以真实的职场环境、真实企业项目、真实职业角色、混编校企师资团队的特色人才培养模式。Analysising the problems for training mode of information service outsourcing in college based on the present situation ofhuman resources for service outsourcing industry during the transition period of Jiangsu province. Putting forward the countermeasureof higher vocational characteristic talent training mode for information service outsourcing to make clear the orientation of talenttraining, establishing the training mechanism, and integrating the curriculum system, and to build a public information service platformcooperation between government collage and enterprise. To explore an information service outsourcing talent training mode based on thereal work environment, true enterprise project, real occupation role, and possess mixed enterprise-collage teachers team.
