摘　　要：要切实解决高校思想政治教育中重知轻行、知行不一的问题,就必须打通知与行两个教育环节,为此要实现几个转变:明确落脚点,从知本位向行本位转变;完善内涵,从重知识灌输向行为养成转变;改进方式方法,从结论灌输式向互动体验式转变;改革考核办法,从重知识考核向重行为考核转变;软硬结合,从教管分离向教管结合转变;优化育人环境,从小德育向大德育转变。In order to solve truly the problems of emphasizing knowledge and despising practice, and separation of knowledge and practice in university ideological and political education, it is necessary to straighten out the two links of knowledge and practice. The paper offers some approaches, such as pinpointing the stance and changing from working only for knowledge to for practice; perfecting the connotation and changing from stressing the instillation of knowledge to the cultivation of behavior;improving the methods and changing from imbuing conclusions to interactive experience; reforming the examining methods and changing from valuing the assessment of knowledge to the examination of behavior; combining the soft and hard means and changing from separation of education and management to integration of them;and optimizing the education environment and changing from the micro moral education to the macro one.
